Refund policy

We only accept returns for products that are completely unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a clear video or photo of the package. We will dispatch a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure the seal is intact, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Your money will be securely transferred back to you via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
